Picking a brand technician — common questions

Which appliance brands do you actually service?+

Every major residential brand — Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, KitchenAid, Bosch, Maytag, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Jenn-Air, Electrolux, Speed Queen, and more. If you don't see your brand on the page, call us — we almost certainly cover it.

Do you use OEM parts or aftermarket parts?+

OEM, by default. Every truck is stocked with genuine parts for the most-failed components on every brand we cover. We never substitute aftermarket parts on warranty repairs and we'll always tell you in writing if a part is OEM versus an authorized equivalent.

Are your brand repairs warrantied?+

Yes — every completed repair, regardless of brand, carries a 1-year parts-and-labor warranty in writing. Same failure inside the year, we come back free of charge.

How do I find my appliance's model and serial number?+

On most refrigerators and dishwashers the data tag is on the inside front frame, side wall, or behind the kick plate. On washers and dryers it's usually inside the door or behind the lid. On ranges it's behind the storage drawer or on the back panel. Snap a photo and text it when you book — we'll arrive with the right parts on the truck.
