Rogers coverage, every neighborhood
From Downtown Rogers and Henneberry Hills through Fox Creek, Edgewater, The Preserve, the Territorial Road corridor, and the Hassan Township edge of the city, we run Rogers daily off our Northwest Metro dispatch. Most Rogers calls placed before 2pm on a weekday get a window before 6pm — the tech already moving through Maple Grove or Brooklyn Park slots the Rogers stop in without a separate dispatch.
Why Rogers appliances fail differently
Rogers is one of the youngest cities on our route — almost the entire residential stock was built between 2005 and 2022. That means very few legacy appliances and very predictable failure modes. The Samsung French-door refrigerators installed across Henneberry Hills and Fox Creek in the 2014–2018 wave are now hitting the 7–10 year mark, which is exactly when the evaporator fan motor, the ice-maker module, and the under-cabinet inverter all start failing. LG WashTowers from the same era are hitting drain-pump and door-lock failure windows. We see the same five or six parts on most Rogers calls.
Rogers municipal water is medium-hard (around 9–12 grains per gallon out of the city wells), which is enough to scale dishwasher heating elements and ice-maker fill valves on the 7-year horizon. We inspect and descale those parts on every visit at no extra charge — it's the single biggest reason a 'fixed' appliance fails again three months later in the newer-construction suburbs.
What we see most on Rogers service calls
Across an average Rogers week, the call mix is unusually consistent. The top five we run: (1) Samsung French-door ice-maker rebuilds and evaporator-fan motors across Henneberry Hills and Fox Creek; (2) LG WashTower drain-pump and door-lock failures in The Preserve and Edgewater; (3) Bosch 300/500 Series dishwasher control-board and drain-pump work in renovated Downtown Rogers kitchens; (4) KitchenAid French-door inverter-board failures across the I-94 corridor stock; and (5) GE Profile slide-in range surface-element and bake-element replacements.
Before you call on a warm fridge, the fridge-not-cooling guide walks the same diagnostic path our techs follow — evaporator fan, defrost system, then sealed system. Most Rogers warm-fridge calls land in step 1 or 2 and we finish them on the first visit because the parts are already on the truck.
Service logistics inside Rogers
Rogers routes off the I-94 corridor out of our Northwest Metro dispatch. Same-day cutoff is 2pm on weekdays — that gets a window before 6pm, with a live ETA text from the truck so you're not stuck waiting all afternoon. New-construction subdivisions mean wide driveways and predictable kitchen layouts, so most Rogers visits run a single appointment.
We work with renters, owners, builders, and the property managers across the townhome and rental developments off the Territorial Road corridor. COI available on request.
Brands and built-ins we cover in Rogers
We service every major brand in Rogers — Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, GE / GE Profile / GE Café, Bosch, Maytag, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Thermador. The new-construction mix leans heavily Samsung and LG with KitchenAid built-ins in the larger Edgewater and Preserve homes, so our Northwest Metro trucks are stocked for that profile specifically. The full brand catalog is on our brands page.
Honest pricing
Flat trip fee — $129 most appliances, $149 refrigerators, $179 built-ins — fully waived when you approve the repair. Most Rogers jobs finish between $189 and $450 all-in, parts and labor, backed by a 1-year written warranty. Sealed-system work (compressor, condenser, refrigerant) can run higher; we always quote the full repair before any parts come off the truck.
