Why is my dryer not heating?

Why is my dryer not spinning?
If the dryer powers on but the drum will not turn, the issue is mechanical 80% of the time:

- D80, D90, D95 — vent line restricted by 80%/90%/95%. Clean the vent, not the dryer.
- tE1 / tE2 / tE3 — temperature sensor (thermistor) on the inlet or outlet.
