How do I book same-day appliance repair in the Twin Cities?

Book online or call before 2pm on a weekday and we will usually hold a same-day arrival window. After 2pm we schedule the next morning. Same-day coverage runs across Minneapolis, St. Paul, the west and south metro suburbs, Central Minnesota, and Western Wisconsin.

What does a service call cost?

Residential diagnostics are a flat $149 trip fee, waived when you approve the repair. Commercial and light-commercial equipment is a $199 trip charge, also waived with any repair service. You get the full repair price before we start any work.

What information should I have ready when I call?

Have the brand, the model number (usually on a plate inside the door, along the door frame, or behind the kick panel), the symptom, and any error code on the display. That lets us bring the right part on the first visit far more often.

Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?

No. We answer the phone seven days a week and charge the same flat diagnostic fee on weekends as on weekdays. Availability is tighter on Sundays, so book early in the day when you can.
