Why Eagan appliances fail differently
Eagan water is moderately hard (8-12 grains) but the bigger Eagan-specific issue is the housing-stock age cluster. Eagan is on every daily South Metro route between Saint Paul, Burnsville, and Apple Valley. Same-day cutoff is 2pm.
