FAQ

Questions we get every week

How fast can you get here?

Same-day when you call before the cutoff for your zone: 2pm south metro (Edina, Eden Prairie, Bloomington, Minnetonka), 1pm outer ring (Eagan, Lakeville, Plymouth, Maple Grove), 12pm north/east metro (Blaine, Woodbury, Saint Paul). After the cutoff you're usually first-window next business day.

What should I do while I wait?

Keep the doors closed — a full fridge holds ~4 hours, a full freezer ~48 hours. Move perishables that already feel warm into a cooler with ice. Do NOT refreeze anything that has thawed past ~40°F.

How much does emergency refrigerator repair cost?

Same $149 flat trip fee as regular service — no emergency surcharge. Most repairs land $245–$585 all-in. Sealed-system / compressor $850–$1,600 (LG linear-inverter under 10 years often free under LG's extended warranty — we file the claim).

Do you work weekends?

Yes — Saturday windows available (call by Friday 3pm). Sunday reserved for critical no-cool commercial refrigeration.

Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador emergency service?

Yes — factory-authorized service parts channel and EPA 608 for every built-in and integrated brand. Emergency windows same-day when routes allow.
