Warewashing: rinse-arm and wash-pump inspection, chemical dispenser calibration, gasket check, wash/rinse temp verification. Written report every visit.
How often should we schedule PM?
Restaurants: quarterly on refrigeration and cooking, semi-annual on warewashing. Grocery: quarterly on all reach-in and walk-in refrigeration. Medical/lab: semi-annual with temperature-log calibration for compliance. C-stores: semi-annual on merchandisers and ice machines.
What does a PM contract cost?
Flat $199 per visit for standard equipment. Custom pricing for accounts with 15+ units or multi-location coverage. PM contract holders get 10% off breakdown parts and labor and priority same-day routing.
Do you provide compliance documentation?
Yes — temperature-log calibration certificates for medical/lab refrigeration, gas pressure verification tags for cooking equipment, and refrigerant-handling logs for 608 compliance. Signed by the tech at the visit.
