FAQ
Questions we get every week
Do you service every ZLine model?
Yes — RA, RG, SGR, RAS, DFR pro-style ranges (24", 30", 36", 48", 60"), Autograph Edition, wall ovens, hoods (KB, 400, 600, 700 series), Tallac and DuraSnow dishwashers, and ZLine refrigerators. Factory service parts through ZLine's authorized parts channel.
Are your techs gas-certified for ZLine ranges?
Yes — every tech is licensed for natural gas and LP gas work on residential appliances. ZLine ranges above 30" run higher BTU burners; we carry manometers on the truck to verify inlet and manifold pressure at every visit.
How much does ZLine range repair cost?
Most ZLine range repairs land $245–$485 all-in including the $149 trip fee (waived on approval). Igniter/spark module $245–$345. Bake or broil element $265–$385. Control board $385–$585. Full gas conversion (NG↔LP) $285–$425.
Is ZLine still under manufacturer warranty?
ZLine offers a 1-year parts warranty from date of purchase (3 years on some pro-style models). If you're inside that window and want us to coordinate parts through ZLine, bring us the serial tag on the visit — we handle the claim, you pay only labor + trip.
Same-day service for ZLine?
Yes — call before 2pm south metro / 1pm outer ring for a window today. Common ZLine failure parts (spark modules, igniters, thermostats, dishwasher drain pumps) ride on the truck.
