- Do you repair CMA low-temp dish machines?
- Yes — chemical pumps, squeeze tubes, timers, fill valves and wash pumps on CMA low-temp and high-temp machines.
- My CMA machine fails the sanitizer test — why?
- Usually an empty chemical container, a worn squeeze tube or a failed chemical pump.
- What does CMA repair cost?
- $199 commercial trip fee, waived with repair, and a written quote first. 1-year warranty.
- Do you service CMA equipment under manufacturer warranty?
- We are not a factory-authorized warranty servicer for CMA. If your unit is still inside the manufacturer parts warranty, we'll help you file with the factory; if labor or out-of-warranty service is the concern, we can take the call directly with a 1-year written warranty on our parts and labor.
- What warranty comes with a CMA repair?
- A 1-year written parts-and-labor warranty on every commercial repair. The same failure mode on the same unit within 12 months is covered at no additional charge. Sealed-system components can carry an extended manufacturer warranty on top; those terms are itemized on the invoice.
- What is the diagnostic fee for a CMA commercial service call?
- The commercial trip charge is $199 and it is waived with any repair — approve the work on the same visit and the fee comes off the invoice. Sealed-system, compressor, and major-component work is quoted in writing before we recover refrigerant or open the cabinet.
