Emergency service when we're down?
Yes — commercial emergency windows same-day when routes allow. Priority routing for down units during service hours. Weekend and after-hours available (surcharge applies).
Commercial trip fee?
Flat $199 commercial trip fee, credited to the repair when approved. Includes on-site diagnostic, written failure analysis, and quoted parts + labor before any work starts.
Do you certify gas conversions?
Yes — NG↔LP conversions with inlet and manifold pressure verification, plus a signed conversion tag for insurance and health-department records.
Do you handle Type I hood interlock work?
Yes for oven-side controls and interlock relays. Full hood cleaning is subbed to a Kaivac-certified partner.
