Drain pump replacement (OE error / won't drain)
A coin or hair clip jammed in the drain pump impeller is the single most common LG washer call we run. We pull the front panel, swap the OEM LG drain pump, clear the coin trap, and verify drain on a full cycle.
$169–$280 all-in45–75 min
Front-load door boot (bellow) replacement
Tears, mold, or leaks at the rubber door boot on WM3500/WM3900/WM4000 front-loaders. OEM LG bellow on the truck, including the inner and outer spring clamps and a fresh tub-clean spec.
$269–$420 all-in60–90 min
Direct Drive stator + rotor (LE error)
LE on a front-load LG almost always traces to a worn Direct Drive stator or Hall sensor. We replace the stator assembly, rotor magnets, and tub-side bolt with the OEM LG kit.
$329–$520 all-in90–120 min
Control board & error codes
Flashing error codes — LE (motor), OE (drain), IE (inlet), FE (overflow), dE (door), UE (unbalanced), tE (thermistor), PE (pressure sensor), CE (communication) — usually point at a sensor or board. We carry the most-failed LG boards on every truck.
$259–$480 all-in45–90 min
Inlet valve & fill faults (IE error)
IE on LG washers is the inlet valve, fill hose kink, or low household pressure. We test line pressure, swap the OEM dual-coil inlet valve, and verify hot/cold fill on a sensor cycle.
$189–$310 all-in45–75 min
Shocks, springs & tub bearings
Loud spin, walking, or knocking on WM3700/WM3900/WM4000 front-loaders. We carry the OEM LG shock kit on every truck and quote tub-bearing rebuilds before tear-down.
