- Do you repair Rational combi ovens in Minneapolis and St. Paul?
- Yes. We repair iCombi Pro, iCombi Classic, SelfCookingCenter and CombiMaster Plus ovens across Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the suburbs, including after-hours and weekend emergency calls.
- Why does my Rational oven keep showing water or steam errors?
- In the Twin Cities the most common cause is scale — hard water builds up in the steam generator, level electrodes and solenoids. We clear or replace the affected parts and check your water treatment so it doesn't keep happening.
- How much does Rational oven repair cost?
- The commercial trip fee is $199 and is waived when you approve the repair. Every repair is quoted in writing before work starts and carries a 1-year parts-and-labor warranty.
- Do you service Rational equipment under manufacturer warranty?
- We are not a factory-authorized warranty servicer for Rational. If your unit is still inside the manufacturer parts warranty, we'll help you file with the factory; if labor or out-of-warranty service is the concern, we can take the call directly with a 1-year written warranty on our parts and labor.
- What warranty comes with a Rational repair?
- A 1-year written parts-and-labor warranty on every commercial repair. The same failure mode on the same unit within 12 months is covered at no additional charge. Sealed-system components can carry an extended manufacturer warranty on top; those terms are itemized on the invoice.
- What is the diagnostic fee for a Rational commercial service call?
- The commercial trip charge is $199 and it is waived with any repair — approve the work on the same visit and the fee comes off the invoice. Sealed-system, compressor, and major-component work is quoted in writing before we recover refrigerant or open the cabinet.
