Refrigerator not cooling
What it is: Fresh-food warming on french-doors and side-by-sides is usually defrost-heater, evap fan, or damper — not the compressor. Same-day diagnostic, most close on the first visit with parts from the truck.
Fix: OEM defrost heater + thermistor, evap fan motor, or damper-control assembly. Sealed-system work is EPA Section 608 certified and separately quoted.

Dishwasher leaking or not draining
What it is: Door-gasket fatigue, drain-pump failure, sump or check-valve issue. Bosch E15, Samsung LE / LC, KitchenAid drain-clog are all same-day fixes most of the time.
